toothpaste, u have probably heard of that before, but it really really does work, wash ur face morning and night, or whenever it gets greasy, in the morning before you go to work or school close your pores with an icecube or something really cold, anyways, after u wash ur face put sum toothpaste on the pimple, it will dry it out and kill it, but of course it won't be gone in a day, maybe 2 or 3, but ive tried tons of stuff and this is like the only thing that really works, oh yeah, and be sure not to use the gel kind, cuz that doesn't work, oh yeah and also drink tons of water, i didn't used to but now i do and i hardly ever get pimples, it really does work, and when u r tryin 2 get rid of the redness from the pimple put sum eye drops on it, it doesn't work 4 all, but its always worked 4 me
hope i helped : )

Eat 5 - minute oatmeal 3 times a week. And once a week give yourself an oatmeal facial. Cook up a breakfast sized portion and let it cool so it is mildly warm. Pack it on your face like a mud mask - especially in the areas where your outbreak is most severe. Let it dry for 15 -30 minutes. Wash off.
Cut all sugar - natural or added and all sugar substitutes from your meals and snacks. Drink 2 liters of water - a day. Exercise for at least 15 minutes so you sweat good. You should see an imiprovement in 2 weeks or less.

Sleep early, exercise more
wash your face in the morning when you wake up, after exercising, and before you go to sleep. Use mild soap, and if you find any pimples, don't pop them. Wash it and let it slowly disappear.

don't use alcohol!! it dries out your face and my encourage more acne. Use head and shoulders shampoo, dial soap, and a washcloth to rub dead skin off. AND STOP TOUCHING YOUR FACE. Don't pick either.
I had to take accutane to get rid of mine.
