you cant, you need to slide them to the floor and do cpr, it has to be done on a hard surface or the compressions will not work. you also will not have an open airway to give your breaths.

I take care of a guy that is in a wheelchair, it depends on the w/c if it is a manul chair and you are strong tip the chair back ( back ofw/c is on the floor) then pull him out. Then give CPR. If he is in an electric w/c you need to slide him out CAREFULLY. Plus it all depends on why he is in a w/c. The guy I take care of is a quad. and there is NO WAY I could get him out by myself. You would need 2 ppl. I hope that helps

I'm not a medical expert, but in order to have the airway, lungs, etc. in the correct alignment for CPR, I believe that you would have to remove them from the wheelchair and lay them flat on the ground, bed, etc.
