Yes... although if you are making multiple visits you may want to cut down on your pre-bedtime liquids.

Actually, no it is not! When you sleep, you should be sleeping deep enough that you do not wake up to go the to loo. If you do, especially if it is every night, it can lead to further health problems, for example fibromyalgia.

Try to find out why you are not sleeping - you may need a drs help.

I find that yoga right before I go to bed helps me relax and I sleep through the night.
