Sleeper Sofas (or hide-a-beds) look like a normal sofa but hide a bed that pulls out after you remove the cushions. Futons are sofa-like with simple frames that that fold down and the cushion is used as a mattress.
Addition to answer in response to the answer following my post: A flip and **** is a fabric covered foam chair that unfolds into a bed.
