Where can i Get stand alone installation of SHockwave player to install without internet connection. Is there possibility of converting .dcr files to .mpeg files, if so how? plz help, I want this for educatoin purpose. Thanks

DCR is the file extension for the Shockwave file.
try download the player from this site :
http://www.adobe.com/products/shockwaveplayer/
and to play DCR, you didn't need internet connection again if you have shockwave player installed in your computer.
I never see .dcr files, sorry, can't help you more, this is the best i can help.
