Read a book. Take a walk. Talk to friends by phone. Watch TV. Listen to good music. Don't visit websites to help cure internet addiction.

I couldn't stop using ebay until the weekend when I was contacted through my messages & bullied & slagged off by 2 grown men who I had no dealings with & that has pretty much put me off. Try Ebay - you can get ripped off, slagged off & sticthed up & you don't even have to buy or sell anything!!

i think you should block the internet
or at least turn off all of your computers
UNLESS YOU REAALY REAALLY NEED IT
and read a nice book next to the blazing fire

Well in my searches I've come across something called e-therapy which is actually online counseling. I think that it costs money though.
