I have these little red blemishes on my chest and breasts. I have seen a docter and she says there nothing, so i am not too worried jsut wondering what they are called and if its due to age, i'm 31. they do not itch and arent raised like bumps just a tiny spot of discoloration.

I've seen many women with sun damage on their chests. Did you see a dermatologist? If not, I would just to get a specialist's opinion. Hope that helps.
P.S. congrats on your great BA percentage, but plz rethink the colors on your 360 page...

Yah, I have them, too! I'm only 13, so it can't be age... I've tried lotion and it helped for a little while.
