you broke up with her, so you can't say that your cousin took advantage of you because when your cousin started going out with this girl, she was your EX-girlfriend at the time.

well, you left her after 3 years for no reason. I'd say what you want doesn't matter. I wouldn't have you back if I were her. As far as your cousin, do whatever you want.
