(im 23/a guy)..ok my friend i had a crush on for more than a year and a half is single now and she told me she wants to makeout with me because she said friends are the best kind to do that with. I want your opinion of what to do, what can I get away with, can i makeout with my shirt off or simply when can i take off my shirt? Ok just need advice....

there are many possibilities regarding this kind of condition.
a girl, who just break up with someone they're having relationship for a long time is usually not stabil enough. i mean, their emotional state. it will depend much on the condition of how they break up.
if she told you that she wants to make-out with her, there are basically two possibilities.
the first possibilities is that she does had feelings for you, and as you're her friend, she thinks it will be nice to make-out with you, without making things awkward. besides, she wouldn't want to risk your friendship. she won't say a word about your relationship, as she might think that guys are into sex than any other thing, or perhaps she's just not ready for another relationship yet, as she's still traumatized from her last relationship.
the second possibilities is that she might just take you as someone she can rebound with, and it's might be easier for her to start with a friend.
well, i think it'll be better if you could tell her that you have a crush on her, and then see how she react. that way, both of you will realize where do you guys have to start (if you guys wanna start something)...

She shouldn't be using you. Tell her that you want a serious relatinoship with her...the first step should be dating and then kissing etc! She's jumping too fast already and then she'll dump when she finds someone to date...and you'll only be her ex-kissing friend which will be a further embarrasment. And don't take off your shirt when you're making out unless she wants sex to follow.
