Are you trying to get back with him? if not then whats the point in wanting to know if he likes you or not? And since he knows you for 6 years amd you 2 were together at one point so obviously he'll know things about you...Asking him questions like "Whats my fav color?"...Seems immature...im not trying to be mean or rude to you...but im just telling you from an outsiders point of view all this seems weird and pointless.

I pretty sure you have a fav move or a fav place to eat. Ask him out to eat or to the movies. But make him pick the place. If he knows what you like he wanted take you to a place you don't like.
