where do your eyes go while sleeping

Actually while you sleep your eyes don't just roll back, they go all over, sorta in a side to side pattern...this happens because after you are asleep for 90 minutes your body enters a REM(rapid eye movement) cycle so your body can repair damaged cells...some scientists believe that another reason why they move is because your brain is processing information and organizing data that needs to be stored

actually.... its not kust rolling back.....
it moves to and fro.....
sometimes you get crossed eyes when you sleep...
this is called rapid eye movement (REM) this is the basis on how deep your sleep is...... normally the cycle of REm is 90 minutes.... so you have to sleep with that cycle so that hen you wake up you wont feel tired or exausted..... get it??

They stay behind your lids...they don't roll back...
