I know the obvious, but tell about the things that can be changed/fixed for turn-offs and suggestions for improvements (such as brush your teeth if you have bad breath lol).

Turn offs : Nagging, talking, nagging, complaining, nagging, gossipping, nagging.
Turn ons : Not doing the above.

OK, obesity and smoking are huge turn-offs for me. So is poor hygiene. If I were you, I'd go light on the makeup and throw out all my high heels. Hair dye and padded bras are also annoying.
Now, as far as attitude goes, optimism and kindness are very important. Those are very broad ideals. For example, it is unkind to be dishonest, or to overlook the feelings of others. And for optimism, well, nobody wants to hang around a grouch. Everyone enjoys hanging around someone whose positive attitude is contagious though. Attitude is the biggest turn-on. As long as you have a good attitude and a decent appearance, your chances of capturing my interest would be very high. Good night!

the obvious in many cases can be changed. Turn ons, nice smile, nice slim figure. Exercise and eating healthy . Laughing. Nice ***.
Turn offs, too flirty, belching out loud.

biggest thing would b her attitude , atleast 4 me if she has a poor attitude & treats me badly when ive honestly done nothing 2 bring it on then thats a major turn off .or if she just flat out treats ppl in generally bad then it doesnt matter how hot looking she is .

My four biggest turn offs in a girl is if she is a heavy smoker, cannot say three straight sentences without swearing, endlessly rambles and kibitzes, and does not attend to her personal hygiene

I like girls that are not so completely happy all the time, or at least don't seem like it. The girl I want to date now, is named Kara, and she seems like one of those people who are always sad, and have the long black hairk, and she lets it cover up the right side of her face alot of the time. Anyways, when you just talk to her, she is a very happy person. I don't know what it is, but I just like the depressed look. Also, I hate girls that gossip and talk about others behind their backs. Even if it is just gossip and I happen to like the person (hypothetically) that is gossiping and talking mean about the person, I have been raised to treat and speak to others how you want to be treated and spoke to.

Turn ons- nice body, light make-up, nice subtle scent like she came right out of the shower ( for me,better than perfume), sexual confidence, style, and direct eye contact.
Turn offs- obesity (chubby is okay if she has a nice face), smelly, low self esteem, bad style.

A girl that can cook is a turn on. Girls that know how to dress and dont wear too much make up helps too. Turn offs would be girls that swear too much and girls that nag!

posture, pony-tails, and natural poses and natural graceful movement, and genuine smiles, simple skirt or tight jeans, basic cleanliness, turn ons
Turn offs:
smoking, blame-game, clinging, too much make-up, too much perfume, sweat-pants, giant flower pattern clothes, hyper-extreme cleanliness, tattoos and body-piercing stuff (nose rings, etc), turn offs
