I too have a stress problem and what I do to relax is put on a good movie and sit back and relax and just let everything melt away, or take a long walk by yourself, or try reading a book of your choice. These are all things that help me out. If that doesnt help get a journal or notebook and write your thoughts down or whatever is bothering you. it may help you to see them written down. I find I need alot of time alone. The more people and activity the more I stress. I am lucky most of my friends understand when I go into lock down. I paint my nails or sit in front of a video game, anything solitary give sme peace. Hope this helps.

Read a good old fantasy book, go out to dinner with friends or a girlfriend, and train yourself, when overloaded with work, to take things ONE AT A TIME. While you're working on one thing, force out thoughts of what you've got to do next. And yes, ask around and go to a person who can give you relaxation techniques.

go into someone's arms and cry
and do ONE thing at a time to finish
your stressness.....
it always helps to cry in someone's arms
but dont do ...the 3 letter word.
it just increases your stress

people say i look stressed allot of the time, n i can't sleep sometimes too, but remember that all pains are temporally. n that it dosen't last forever... also, nice loooooooong bubble baths helps, but i think talking to a close friend about your problems helps alot =)

go to the dr. i dont know how old you are but if you are young, ask your parents to look into getting you a therapist....if your older, I am 23, just make an appt with a pyschiatrist...they will talk to you and try and get you fixed ASAP. If you ever need to talk, email me!

You have to figure out why you are stressed and the best thing to do is journal it helped me alot

try masterbating more often...start a game...get a girlfriend...all great ideas...but be creative...and if that stuff dont work...well go to a psychiatrist they will help you out...its not as bad as you think and only good could come out of it

well i had the same problem and i just started taking one thing at a time. it sounds cliche but just relax. breathe and do things at your own rate.
