To get rid of constipation totally, you should consume as little prepared food, dairy- and wheat products. Consume as much fruits (there are about 6000 different fruits) and some fresh raw animal food regularly (like sashimi or egg yolk).

I thought maybe you were trying to be funny, your name being Banana and all, but now I'm not so sure...so here goes, Bananas, dairy products,(especially lots of cheese), and as someone else said, heavily processed foods. Fresh fruit and vegies and lots of water should keep you flowing just fine!

Not enough fiber in your eating habits.

Go to your phamacy and ask for a 'stool softener'.

Take 1 a day, you will see a great improvement

I heard a lot of corn, and foods that are high in fiber. I could be wrong.

Caffeine and anything that dehydrates you. Many foods that do not have fiber are non-fruit or vegetable types and they will.

try eating fresh fruit and vegetables sounds like your not getting enough liquid in your diet . drink more water.
