You've probably seen the ads on tv that talk about heredity being a big factor on cholesterol levels. Are there heart problems in the family? You'd better be careful about eating that every day; not good for anyone, heredity or not.

If you are scrambling your eggs, you can eliminate some of the yolks, like two eggs, but eliminate one yolk.

Or you can have some oatmeal or bran cereal a few times a week instead of the eggs every day.

Threre's no way to tell. It depends on many many factors. Look at atheletes who drop dead suddenly, and sedentary people who live for 90 years or more.

Certainly eating well improves your chances, but that's not all there is to it. Genetics also plays a huge part. The best you can do is to get regular checkups to catch any disease process early. Keep working out, avoid stress (such as worrying about how long you'll live), Eat a variety of foods, with lots of vegetables. Avoid overuse of alcohol or drugs, practice safe sex, all of these can help. Still, whatever God you believe in will likely have the last say.

Do you smoke? How about your ancestors-how long did they live? Do you drink and drink? How much do you drink a week? Do you have unprotected sex? Do you have close friends and/or family members (i.e. emotional support)? Do you participate in dangerous activites (motorcycle, bungee jumping, and so on)? How do you eat the rest of the day? Do you have regular physicals with your MD checking for cancer and other issues? Do you wear sunscreen?

Average age is probably in the mid 70s for a man. My own grandfather who ate bacon, sausage, and everything else bad for you lived to 94. Of course, he farmed so he did a lot more than a little cardio every day. :-)

You're still alive?
According to the health nuts, you should have died from the mere SMELL of sausage and eggs.
You'll outlive them all!
