A chanty is a chamber pot, a chanty wrastler was the person who emptied it - ie. not the most impressive person you could know!

Once upon a time in Edinborough, my ancestor Chantelle O'Flaherty existed. She liked to drink a lot, and was slightly obese. She had nothing better to do in Edin, so she drank a lot and got a massive beer belly. Anyway at the local pub she tended to get into fights. She actually started taking guys, because of her size, she beat so many guys up by pin hold submission, she was dawned the name Chanty Wrastler.

Forget all the other stuff I know the answer to this. It was a Victorian term to describe a person beneath contempt, the type of person who would wrestle and steal your chanty pot from you, a Chanty Wrastler.
