You just need to file a new direct deposit form with the new bank info. If this is your paycheck, check with your Human Resources or Payroll dept -- they should have the necessary paperwork. (It's the same paperwork you filled out in the first place to have your check deposited to the bank it's currently being deposited in.)

This is what i would do:

1. Open a new account in the bank you want to change to.
2. Keep your old bank account open.
3. Fill up paper work to have your monthly check sent to the new bank account (either in your company's human resources or wherever your checks are coming from)
4. After you receive your monthly check in your new bank account, then you can close your old bank account.

That's it. Just some easy steps to do.

There should be a transfer paper in the human resources dept. at your job.

you contact the people that you get your money from and you go to a new bank and set it up.good luck
