He is fine, but there is a spot of blood under his wing and I'm really scared!

I noticed it when I came home today, he seems fine but his feather is loose and is bleeding.
He shares a cage with his brother, but they do not fight, his wings were trimmed and are growing out. I do not understand why his feather is loose, he was fine when I left.

sounds like a blood feather, is the whole feather out, if so he'll be fine, if there is still part of the feather in there, remove it or take it to the vet to remove it

Keep an eye on the wound. If it gets worse take them to the vet since infections spread. Normally blood should not be coming out but if the feather got pulled out or torn out it is possible. This should be a one time occurance and if it is the other bird maybe you should consider separating them.
Also make sure they have enough room, food, and water and are not competing for the things they need to survive and be happy.

I have never seen that on our parakeet. Is it possible your parakeet got its wing caught on something in its cage? If he seems fine, he probably is, but I would check for places it may have caught on. Do you have another pet such as a dog or cat that may have got a hold of the parakeet through the cage?

No! If the feather came out naturally and if its bleeding, its a problem, but if u pull it out forcefully and its bleeding, then its normal, not serious problem,

depends on the size and if its still bleeding. If its a paper cut size then you are fine, but if its a wound then go see a veterinarian NOW!
