Well you should be able to called the 1-866-692-2789 and explain what the problem is and I quite sure that will credit you the money back and cancel it. Why don't you give it a try? It want her to ask or check into it.

POS means point of sale, which is what the credit card machine that you slide your card through is called, a point of sale machine. The one number is a toll free phone number 1-866-692-2789 that they have to add with the charge so you can call if there is a problem, so maybe you should call that number. And dispute this/these charges with your credit card company's customer service department in writing.

Called 1-866-692-2789 and find out why you're being charged and if they won't credit your card then you should contact the card company and dispute the charge.

call your bank...they will be able to give you contact information.
if you have contact information..call them
ask them what the service is that you are being charged for
ask them to stop charging your account
take it from there

I was charged 10.99 a month for several months by some online crap that I didn't even know what it was. I had to make some serious threats before they stopped charging me. AND since it wasn't an authorized charge my bank refunded all my payments.

Work it out through your credit card company. For your rights to be intact, write a letter fueding the cost and you will not have to pay the cost until the issue is resolved.

You may need to contact an Attorney and have them send a letter on your behalf, once they have reviewed all documents to support the fact. If you need access to your Legal Rights and would like to have the ability to talk to an Attorney/Provider Law Firm in your State, please contact me. I can assist you in this area.
