Try more by yourself. It won't happen with a guy if you can't do it alone while you're relaxed. Sometimes the guy just makes you more concious and pressured to get off and then you may feel turned off or uptight. And don't listen to those other guys /idiots that said you may have had one and not know. YOU WILL KNOW!!!!! A female's orgasm is more intense than a mans and MUCH better for longer. Just try it more by yourself and maybe watch a porn or something that will turn you on. Don't watch TV or have the radio on. And also if you are on medication like antidepressants (SSRI's) that will delay the orgasm or make it close to impossible. Good Luck!!

You need to find a patient man - and one with experience. I never had one until I started dating my husband. I didn't even know I was not having one...until I did. By our second time (the first was rushed) I had one. Maybe that's why I married him..don't know, but needless to say sex has never been a problem in our marriage.

Most women need foreplay. Some a little, some alot. Your mate should be patient. Don't be afraid to express what you like and don't. Set the mood. Try food, candles, wine, or music.

You need to get on top of a guy and relax!! Man...I feel so bad for you. You don't know what you're missing!! When you're on top, you can control where he penitrates and how. You just really have to know your body and what you like. Try oral stimulation also...this will help out!!

There could be a past memory that has made it harder for you to orgasm. If you want to discuss it in email, feel free to write.
