On the east cost of the US it starts about 6:00PM and ends about 8:00PM.

I usually go around at 7 or 6

Hi, I would start at 6:15 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. and make sure you go to the homes that you know for safety.

6pm...rite when it starts!! and then i dont end until like 8:30,(even tho. trick or treating ends at 8pm...) b/c then there still candy out there and you can get all the good ones at that tym too..
