Special offers aside the fare son the internet are the same as at the station. This INCLUDES advance tickets. But Advance must be bought as early* as possible and never on the day of travel. However it can be more convenient to buy on the internet with buying advance. Do not buy from the train line. They will charge you a £1 booking fee. Buy from a train company website instead. *Advance tickets are limited offer quota controlled i.e X amount per train, when people have bought that amount they are not available for that train any more. Therefore there is no set time when the cheap tickets cease to be available.

Visit.... Indian railway or southern railway website... and check the availability... If it's available... made your payment through credit card and conform the ticket and take the print out of the ticket .
