when the sensitivity subsides. use sensodyne for 6 weeks prior, and ACT flouride rinse as well to make sure you don't have too much sensitivity since you are already very suceptable to having sensitivity as is.

It really doesnt matter...but u need to becareful because ur teeth will be very sensitive after whitening

Doesn't really make a difference.Before you whiten get a good office cleaning.

To start with , it is " H O W " and not " HOE "
But why don't u ask ur doctor instead ?

ask your doctor.they will know the best answer it depends on how long you had the braces or if they want to do anything else.
