For one she shoulve gotten a police report...swapped information with the other driver and if they were still open call her insurance co.
or call them asap

call the police and file a report....always freakin do that...hopefully she got the name, VIN, insurance, and licence number. call the insurance company and file the claim. they're most likely going to a$$holes and want to deny it so be aggressive. if they dont take care of you call a lawyer....dont forget to mention that your neck hurts! lol ;) tell her to call her insurance company too they usually help when they dont have to pay.
