I'll assume you have a soft top on your '03 TJ. The Bestop "Replace a Top" windows are also a direct replacement for the windows on your current top. Then it just depends on the color you need (Khaki Diamond, Black Diamond). Fairly cheap, too. $189.00.
Here is a link to the Khaki Diamond ones on Quadratec.com.

Soft top or Hard top???? For the soft top you can purchase them from Best top at either Quadratec, 4wheelparts, and many other distributors. I had the tinted windows in my soft top and they were amazing. For the HardTop I would just call around to some of the local glass companies that tint windows and have it done. They can make it look flawless and to me that is worth the extra money than mucking it up myself to save a couple dollars.

for hard tops and hard doors a professional result can be obtained with stick on tint if you have skill and patience. but check local laws concerning tint on windshield and front side glass and allowable darkness of tint.
soft top windows can be replaced by a good upholstery shop that does marine work but note that dark soft windows don't seem to last as long as clear and tend to crack and cloud when bent in cold weather.. decent upholstery shops are getting hard to find any more. so good luck on this.

If you want real tinted glass you will most likely have to go to your local dealer. If you want to go cheaper find a window tinter in your local phone book and get some prices. They will install it on your factory non-tinted ones.

If you have soft doors and plastic windows, check out www.quadratec.com or www.4wd.com. If you have actual glass windows, check out your phone book and look for someone local to put film on them for you. You can tint glass yourself, but it takes LOTS of practice to get no bubbles in the film.
