Olive oil is great. Any hair product without additives/unnecessary chemicals will help your hair grow. Eating properly also helps. Folic acid, gelatin and keratin are good for strong, healthy hair. You can consume vitamins, minerals and other natural supplements. Braiding your own natural hair also aids in healthy hair growth.

There is no way you can grow thicker hair, you either have thick hair or you dont. But you can buy products to make your hair look and feel thicker. Go to your local beauty supply store and see what they have.
