Olive oil is great. Any hair product without additives/unnecessary chemicals will help your hair grow. Eating properly also helps. Folic acid, gelatin and keratin are good for strong, healthy hair. You can consume vitamins, minerals and other natural supplements. Braiding your own natural hair also aids in healthy hair growth.

Folic acid vitamin supplements will make your hair and nails grow faster, and longer. I have used it for several years, have to trim my nails every week, and my hair is halfway down my back since my last haircut about 6-8 months ago!
