I started to like this best friend of mine three months ago. Finally I decided to ask her out. Today I was talking to a best friend of ours on the phone, and she told me that her (the girl I like) friend told her about this guy who liked her, so she got excited and gave it a try, but ended up separated because the guy was being non-Christian-like. Since she has suffered from it once, I'm not sure if she'll have the same reaction to me when I tell her I like her that way. Is she still willing to give it a try? Any help is appreciated!

Doesn't hurt to ask.

I am 99.8% sure that the she likes you as well, but she is probably a little to scared to go out on a limb right now. As a man (hopefully a good one) you may have to give her a loving nudge so that she may feel safer with you. Right now she is probably trying hard to protect her heart.

We can't know what she's willing to do...you'll find out when you ask her...

You won't know until you try...if she's not intersted, you're no worse off than you are now...but if shes into it, then you took a risk and won...go for it!

No. She will not like you. She got burned once, so now she will become a nun. Never to date anyone again because of this tragedy she has had to endure.

Just don't push your wants onto her; let her know from the start that you're going to respect her wishes, and take it from there.

All good things will hapen in time, just be patient.

You have the advantage in that she knows you. You'll regret it more if you don't ask her than if you do and she says no.
