For the past few days (3~4 days), i am unable to keep my food down. I am a college student and i have lost my appetite. I dont think that it is entirely because i am stressed.... it's just that i haven't been eating regularly and now, i completely have no appetite ... i also have the fear that if i eat, i will have to suffer the consequence... whenever i eat, it's either i throw it back up, or go to the bathroom frequently (diahhrea) . and my stomach is nauseous. Also, my skin has been breaking out--but i finished my period a week ago. My hand and feet are cold and i feel tired constantly. I have been getting decent amount of sleep but it just feels like my body is not funcitoning normally.

What is wrong with me? How can i cure it? i want to start eating normally -without the fear of bringing it back up.

please help.

You might have a stomach flu.

Food poisoning might be another guess, but 3-4 days is way too long for it.

I'd go to a doctor, if I were you. In the mean time, you should make sure to keep yourself from dehydrating. Drink plenty of fluids. This is a lot more important than keeping the food down. You can live 45 days without food (not happily, mind you) but only a couple of days without water. If you have problem with keeping even water - go to emergency room, this is serious.

Make an appointment with your physician, but in the mean time, even if you have no appetite, drink lots of fluids. As long as your drinking (water, ginger ale, whatever sounds good) then you will keep your body hydrated. Dehydration is a huge percentage of hospital admissions which can be prevented.

Good luck, Get some sleep, drink your fluids (including jello) and hope that you're better soon!

Get in and see a qualified medical practitioner NOW!!!! That would be a physician or nurse practitioner. If you can't get in to see your regular doctor, then go to the emergency room at the nearest hospital. Your ailment has been going on too long. From what you have said you could have an acute condition that could be life threatening. Better to be safe than sorry!
