I have a 13month old son and i think that i could be pregnant again.. I would be 22 by the time my next one is born. Do you think its too young to have 2 babies?

by the way, a few people are saying "dont you want to party" well.. to tell you the truth i have done my fair share of partying. Since i was about 15. (here is australia the legal age to drink etc is 18 not 21) So i had partied my heart out before i fell pregnant with my first baby. My little boy wasnt planned exactly, but is the best thing in my world. I have a husband and we have a stable income and a house together. My reason for asking this question was because i hate the way people look at you like you are scum when you are young and have a child. I am such a great mum and who are they to judge??!! I couldnt be more happier with my life and would never change my son coming into this world even if i had the chance.
All i have ever wanted to do is be a mum and im doing it, nothing else matters to me yet. Everyone is different!

teigan, im sorry but yes i feel your age is too young where did your life go your so young have an entire life ahead of you and now you are going to sit home raising kids fighting out there to get a descent job hopefully still in school furthering your education i didnt have my first baby until i was 25 and i tell you what i wouldnt trade him for the world but i honestly wish i would of waited PLAYING IS PAYING!!!!!!!

In my own opinion yes I do think that 23 is too young to have 2 babies. I think 23 is kinda young to have one baby. Don't you want to go out and enjoy your life and have fun with your friends? If you have a 13th month old baby and your 22 then you got pregnant around 20 which makes you a young mother. What is the rush? You have your whole life ahead of you. If you really don't want another baby then you should be on birth control. I don't know you personally and I'm sure you're a great mother but I am just giving you my opinion. If you are pregnant congrats I have just never been a fan of young mothers. I think a good age to start planning a first child is around 24 but that's just what I think. I am 23 and don't plan on considering a baby for at least a year just because I want to get settled in a nice apartment or house and make sure I have a steady income. Good luck to you.

I am 21 with a 8 month old and will most likely try for another baby within the next year. I am married (have been for almost 3 years). My husband is 23. We both have really good jobs. We are building a new home. We are young but can provide a good life for our children. So to answer your question, no, I don't feel 22 is too young to have 2 babies if you can provide them with a good life. And if you are pregnant, congratulations!

You know when I was in high school I would have said yes, 22 is too young to have a baby let alone two babies. But you know, I am 25 and I have a 7yr old, a 6yr old, and a 2 yr old, and I couldn't be more happy with them. Sometimes I do wonder what it would be like to go out and party like all the other college students are doing, but you know what, I will take my kids over a hang over any day. If you can handle the stress of two children and enjoy it, then more power to you. Kids are wonderful, and just think, you'll still be young when the grand-babies start comming.

Depends on your situation....my mom had two, but she was married (still is 50 years later to the same man) and they had a home of their own and he had a job and could provide for them.
Same with my friend, except she had twins so I guess that doesn't count.
In general, yes it is too young, but if you can take care of them......and if you're pregnant again this is a mute question is it not.....
13 months is awfully close and I feel sorry for children who don't get to be babies because mommy has another one so fast.

Its not too young to have 2 babies. Their a blessing from God, but just think your more of the blessing because they've got a mother who probably cares and loves them a lot. You'll enjoy life even though sometimes you it wont feel like it, but you'll get to experience fun loving times (first mothers day gift, getting kisses and tiny hugs) with your kid that some women will never get the chance too.

No its not. I had my second baby 4 days after I turned 23. I am currently pregnant with our 4th baby. Im 30 now. Its our last one. If you are responsible, etc then I dont see a problem at all with that

No way. There's no 'too young' of an age. If you feel ready for it, and if God's blessed you with them, go right ahead, and be a great mom!

If you are prenant....I don't think it matters! You will be fine...no worries! There is not an age that it too young...if the baby is on its way, you will make it work out, thats how life is!

I'm 24 with a 2.5 yr old and an 8mth old. Sometimes I thnk I should've waited, sometimes not.
