I love my Plymouth Neon, however, I find that most cigarette lighter adapters are too large to fit in my lighter. Does anyone know if there are any devices which I can insert into the cigarette lighter or put on the end of an adapter to make a fit?

I AM NOT A SMOKER. Y'ALL ARE NOT READING THE QUESTION. THIS IS ABOUT THE ADAPTERS FOR CEL PHONES ETC. THEY WILL NOT FIT MY MY CIGARETTE LIGHTER WHICH IS WHERE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO PLUG THOSE IN.

You can try some auto part stores or better yet a truck stop. Look for a lighter extension cord or something that has a cord to move the socket away from the console where you're experiencing clearance issues.

Hmm.. sometimes the auto part stores have some. As a pack a day smoker, I use only bic lighters, they are in my pocket all the time and I use it in the car and at home and work. Good luck

Are you sure your not pushing it in hard enough? Some are just tight fitting the first time.
If it's an extension you need, go to Radio $hack.
