Should I be mad?
Well this is a complicated question: This person (I will call that person Sam) I waited to see for weeks comes some place where I am, but it (Sam) is busy chatting with someone! Now since I am very anxious to see Sam I hurry up to them and this is what I say : Me: Hi Sam
Sam: Hi
Me: How are you
Sam : Good
And that's how short our conversation was, I decided to leave beacuse they looked very serious...well Sam didnt seem to happy to see me and NEVER came back to say anything. Sam was just busy talking and talking,...and after I looked and asked for Sam everywhere but Sam didnt seem to care

Sam is NOT a guy!!! and we dont have a lovey dovey relationship! Its complicated..like family sorta

I don't think it's complicated at all. You caught Sam at a bad time. I suggest you choose to be disappointed, & not mad.
Apparently you didn't convey to Sam that you needed, or wanted to speak to him, so since he is probably not a mind reader, it's likely that he was unaware of the expectations that you projected on to him.

Well you should at least be disappointed since you were looking forward to seeing Sam. I don't know whether you should be angry. It doesn't sound like Sam knew how much seeing him meant to you.

i know you feel nuglected because he doesnt seem to pay attention to you dont let your emotions get to you because it
may cause you to make some dicitions you regreat on later on down the road some times guys do thing that there not even
awhere that there doing them so dont be up set may be you should find a differnt approuch to get his attention one that
would smack him right in the face

I would ask him what the problem was. he was meeting YOU right? You have a right to know why he was acting strange.
