Is there some type of product to use on a bull terriers noses?

I am assuming you are looking for something that will protect their noses from damage from the sun? They do make a SPF lotion for dogs. You should be able to find it by searching the internet for dog sun lotion.

If you were inquiring as to how thin the hair is on the nose area, and it appears discolored compared to the rest of the body, then the answer is baby powder.

Nothing that will eliminate one of the noses.
