1-plants make oxygen and are usually producing something beneficial to eat or make fuel. But increasing population means people need houses to live in.
2-Smart eco-friendly tree farms actually help, the land owners plant 3 trees for every one they cut. the trees grow in 20-50 year cycles creating and ongoing renewable supply of lumber. Increasing population causes the need for more lumber and paper.
3-New double hulled tankers are pretty eco-safe barring terrorism. Increasing population causes a greater need for more fuel.
4-Wood fireplaces are very inefficient, waste energy, and release soot particles into the air. Increasing population causes the need to heat more homes
5-Apple trees are great but you are limited to where you can grow them, and it is difficult to do it at a profit. Growing population will eat all you can grow.
6- If the plants truly have medicinal benefits people will cultivate and grow lot's of them and they won't be rare. There may be environmental impacts because the plants must be processed and that will take energy and add to pollution. Increasing populations may consume more than can be produced.

All that said; you may have concluded that the only way to help the environment in the long run is to stop the rapid increase in population. The earth can support only so many of us.

3. it could sill like it has before and leave everlasting effects on an ecosystem.

4. burning wood also creates greenhouse gases that cause global warming and pollution.

5. well it sounds good ut then u ut chemicals on the orchard and that pollutes and you use tractors and that pollutes, lus transporting the apples pollutes and all that for some money in your pocket.

6. killing rare plants is bad because what if someday during there evolution they could cure a vast amount of diseases we do not know about cause we cut them down to help us relax or fall asleep faster, theres too many variales with that one.

1 way to prevent too much effects on the ecosystem is to plan ahead with say 6 new trees saplings grown for future maximum 3 trees in future in a later time of how many years the type of trees saplings need to be fully grown and hence, the future trees to be cleared.
