The present time is seen as a unique turning point, in which amidst the suffering and violence, a transformation of consciousness is taking place. How? Brahmakumaris understand that the tree of humanity has one seed, God, the Supreme Soul, who stays eternally full of all divine qualities that are originally ours. As children of the one Seed, all souls are spiritually related. By making a subtle shift from an outer, material consciousness to an inner, spiritual consciousness, we once again realise our true selves and God, and move towards our nature of peace, respect and love. The process begins at the personal level and will eventually lead to a shift from a world torn apart by anger, dependency, arrogance, greed and lust to a kinder, gentler world with only the finest in human virtues – happiness, love, peace and purity.

l do believe in God therefore l am realist. REALIST mean l realised that those who don't believe in God is because their mind is not be able see and measure the REALITY beyond the FICTIVE. For example, Our body is a fictive life but our soul is a real life. The realist could be able to see or find SOUL and SPIRIT but the SLEEPING MIND could only see the atoms, molecules, cell and so on as a component of the body while body is a fictive existence of man the same like this entire universe is the FICTIVE EXISTENT OF GOD.
Therefore find GOD in our heart and don't have to travel to outer space to find God. We cant find God in the dead heart as no Spirit and Soul would live in the dead body.

Scottish Common Sense Realism is a philosophical school that opposed David Hume's atheism and anti-realism. So yes, you can be a theist and a Realist in the philosophical sense. In fact, all theists are ontological realists (even if they don't know that terminology).
If you mean in some kind of pedestrian pragmatic way, who cares? Sure.

I think a realist is more about seeing things how they are, not thinking about how they could be or how they should be, just what is. I don't think it is a religious belief, more of a life philosophy.

I am a pragmatic believer.
I believe in a superior being or Entity at the origin of everything.
But I recognize to no one the authority to tell me how he is, what he wants from us and what is the purpose of the creation.
