yes you can. It freezes perfectly in a glass freezer safe container with a lid. I would say it will be good for 2-3 months.

Yes. Perfectly okay to freeze coconut milk. Just don't let it sit out at room temperature too long, for it spoils easily. And if you heat it, don't let it boil.
