There is no one painting that can be said to be Leonardo da Vinci's last. From the paintings that we believe he created and which exist today I can simply give you possibilties.

The Mona Lisa

He worked on this painting virtually until the end of his life. It has been worked to a high level of finish but it would appeasr that it was a continuous work. Began in 1503 it is unclear when the artist last laid a brush to the work.

His paintings of St John the Baptist and Bacchus are also late works which were executed at Clos Luc, Amboise, France and could have been among his final paintings although his painting of Madonna, child, St Anne and a lamb is also a strong contender.

I hope this is of some helo to you. If you're interested you can view these works in The Louvre, Paris or visit their website. I was there last week and also at Amboise and I can highly recommend a visit.
