If you need to send something there by post then you can write China in large letters and write the Chinese. The international mail only needs to know the country. I do that a lot for Chinese and Japanese addresses.

Fujian, Quanzhou Shi (City), Anxihebinbei Lu (Road).

Write both the Chinese and pinyin (English) on the address. Chinese addresses always start from the biggest place first, country or region, down to the smallest location, the house number. You should not need the words in brackets above they are just for your reference.

The characters for China are: 中国 - zhongguo
