This is one thing I've always been confused about. Do Christians believe that other gods exist? Does Allah exist? How about Zeus? Ra? Do they exist but you're not allowed to worship them, or do you think other people are just delusional for believing in them? What is the church's official position on the existance of other gods?

Also, do you hate all those other gods or just not believe in them? I imagine hating 10,000 gods would be a bit of a chore, but some people seem to think atheists hate god, so there you go. Do you hate Zeus?

There is only one God, and there is only one way to God, by Jesus Christ. Allah does not exist. All others are "false" gods.

You are right in saying there's no point in hating those things which do not exist. And no....Allah is not just another name for the God of the bible. That is a lie from satan. If Allah were the God of the bible, He would have a son, Jesus, who died on a cross, rose again and is the only way to be saved.

First Athiests do not hate God - They simply do not believe in God.

Now, There is only one true God. Any other so called god is not God. God is the Alpha and the Omega - The Beginning and the End. The church does believe in a so-called god of this world and that so-called god is lucifer. I state so-called because he has no real power and cannot claim to be a god because of how he came about - he was made by God to serve God.

Allah, Zeus, Jehovah, Ra---all stems of THE SAME God. Just different interpretations by different people of different beliefs. Each religion is too closed minded to know, so anything called anything else is wrong to them.

Worship who you like, it is still the one and only god, he does not care what you call him, just that you call him.

I hate no Gods. I just don't believe in them. That would be like me hating Count Chocula for givivg me a fat *** because I ate his refined sugar laden cereal.

I think that what matters more than who you worship, is how you worship. ~As long as you are devoted to a certain creed, and you truly believe in it, then you are ok. -as long as you don't infringe on any morals, as some radical religious sects do.

The church's position on other god's, i believe, is just simply that we respect the creeds of other religions, and their gods.
to me, God is a mystery, but i believe in Him, and i am devoted.
