Haven't heard that before but I doubt it other wise why would people have to buy formula and not just usae pear juice. I guess chimp milk is more likely

don't know about molecularly but from a personal experience (I'm a mama and have breast fed).....I think that pear juice is a thicker more syrupy consistancy and breast milk is considerably more watery.

Unless you are talking about Colostrum (which is the thicker pre-milk made just before and after childbirth)

im doubting it cause its juice vs milk but as far as i know muscle milk is the closest thing to breast milk you can find.
