It's not entirely free of nutrition, so you might want to mix it in; that said, I like a really thick yoghourt, and prefer to dump it.

Mix it in, it is just the water from the yogurt floating to the top. If you buy pre-mixed yogurt this will not happen.

That happens to me too but i always check the expiration date if it's still OK i will mix it well then eat it

its fine, its probably just liquid seperating from the yoghurt its self, a lot of things will do that, just stir it well, and it will be fine and you will never notice it
