Do not ever look to someone else to intervene on your behalf for your sins. Allah is omnipotent, remember? Just pray, take a quiet moment and truly sincerely reflect on what you have done, why you regret, and make a binding oath to yourself and to God that you will try to not go down that path again.

Forgiveness is a personal issue, and only you can ask forgiveness of those you have wronged and He who you have forgotten.

My faveorite thing about Islam is that we don't need clergy, priests, popes, sheikhs, muftis, or whatever else is out there to Be with God. You need only an open heart. Make sure you can approach your Lord with that.

If you want to ask Allah to forgive all your sins, then you should pray. If you have enough money try for hujj. If you know Quran teach someone without taking any money. If you teach someone Quran without asking for money then the doors for heaven will always remain open for you and Allah will also forgive you. By the way you shouldnt use God because it is Allah.

if they are all sagha'ir (small sins) like lying they are easily forgivable just estaghfer Allah (be sorry for what uve done and say it).
if your sins include kaba'ir though (highly forbidden sins) like drinking alcohol or speaking in a bad manner to parents then u'll have to admit that what u have done is wrong, Be really sorry and be really really sure that u are not in place to ever do it again, and then do something good in return for the sin u have done.

That is between you and God, or you and your clergyman, be it any religion, but if your asking God for forgiveness is all well and good, but you must feel guilty about something and you must ask forgiveness from yourself as well.
