All capacitors are measured in farads... whole Farad units, micro and pico units as well. The primary function of a capacitor is to bias an electrical circuit by charging and discharging.

the higher the farad the stronger the cap. its used to ensure you have constant power to your amps even during heavy demand such as hard bass hits that draw a lot of power

supplys more power to the amp when it is needed most and helps with the headlight dimming it will stop it or reduce it alot.
