Why aren't these kids excited when I drop large chunks of cold meatloaf in their bag? So I switched and started handing out little packs of mustard and mayonaise. No smiles there either. What gives with these little food snobs? If I was a zombie, I'd be greatful for any food I was given.

My brother actually gave Beer Sausages to inner city kids that were bussed to our neighborhood with tongs out of a jar in the 70's.
I never had a remote chance to grow up normal.

I don't like Halloween at all. I don't even know how to spell it correctly. But seriously, why would any sane person put perfectly good meatloaf or perfectly good mustard or mayo in trick or treat bags. Absolute nonsense. If you are going to participate in this demonic holiday, then the least you can do is to get into the spirit of things. Nice, brand named, packaged candy. Hershey, Mars, M& M's, Tootsie Rolls and Pops, Snickers, Kit Kat, 3 Musketeers, Milky Way, Reeses, Mounds, Almond Joy, Look, Big Hunk, et al. They all make mini packs so you don't need to spend your whole pay check on candy.

simple the meatloaf weights down their bags so they cant then carry as much candy. and mustard and maynoaise dont go well with choclate, try giving out 2-gallon milk bottle goes really good with chocalte.
