I found a white pill, round, with K10 written on it, any idea what it is? Can't remember where it came from.

The top right side of the K is an arrow.

Butalbital APAP, it is a sedative/pain reliever. It is a barbituate combined with acetaminophen. It is most often prescribed for tension or migraine headaches.

This is what I think it is.

K 10 is Acetaminophen 500 mg

Generic Tylenol ES
