Okay, so I'm a lame-o and didn't do anything this year -- partially cause I couldn't think of anything funny.
What have you see that made you almost pee your pants? I want to get some good ideas for next year.

I had a friend who dressed up as a Hershey's kiss......with nuts.
They had fashioned two nuts in hose that hung out of the bottom of the costume. The kiss came to the mid thigh and the nuts hung almost between the knees. Absolutely hilarious.

The most original was a group of about 10 guys in suits arrying a coffin and every few minutes they would open the coffin and a guy/girl dressed as Celia Cruz would sit up and start singing (they were carrying aboom box with some of her music). It was awesome.
The funniest was probably this huge fat guy with a blond wig dressed as an angel.
