Unless it is causing a medical problem, Medi-cal or Medicaid, would consider this an elective surgery. Meaning it is not necessary, it is a choice. This type of cosmetic surgery is not covered by any insurance, private or government sponsered.

If it is for cosmetic reasons, no. For medical reasons, it is possible that there may be coverage for that.
