i would like to bring to your attention a matter that has been affecting me within the workplace.
Sarah has been treating me poorly, speaking to me with profanities and makes unjustified complaints against me which i am finding unacceptable. rather than discussing it with her i wanted to inform you of the situation hoping that you can assist in rectifying this matter.
i aslo wanted to address her manner around the work place. i feel that she is very negative and is constantly complaining to other staff including myself. her attitude is bringing down the staff moral and i thought that you should be made aware of this.
thank you for treating this complaint as confidential and i look forward to the suggestions you have.

hope thats of help.......this letter i have typed is direct and professional....hope its what your looking for

I personally wouldn't bother with a letter I would approach your boss and ask for 5 minutes of his/her time on a quiet afternoon to discuss this in person. I would then calmly explain that you feel victimised and bullied by a colleague and in this meeting CALMLY give examples of when the bullying has taken place. You could always take a workfriend or someone who has witnessed this in with you to back you up. Another idea would to keep a diary of things which are happening so that you can give clear information to your boss.

If your boss is not willing to act upon this then you should consider either taking this further than them and possibly handing in your resignation on the basis that you are being victimised.

Nobody should have to tolerate this in a workplace (Or school) so don't beat about the bush..... do it face to face rather than in a letter..... especially as your boss is likely to just call you in for a chat anyway based on what you would write in a letter.

Sorry if that hasn't helped, but its what I would do..... good luck and don't put up with it, its bullying!

This a letter of concern about ( so and so) I would like to convey what I feel is unprofessional behavior which is creating a hostile work environment. She has, on several occasions told me to "**** off" and other offensive comments. She also makes disruptive noises during the workday that make it very hard to concentrate and get work done. This is all completely uncalled for and I am no longer prepared to tolerate this. I request that...(you need to set forth a solution..... that she be reprimanded, suspended, that we all get together and speak about why she feels the need to be so disrespectful.) Hope this helps.

Yes it seems so much easier just writting A letter but the
truth is you will come out ahead just talking with her,
she will respect you at the end, and you will feel better, let
her know how you feel, instead of yelling, fighting ect,
booth of you guy's set down and talk it out !!!! This is work
not A playground, hey you guy's might even become friend's.
By the way I love ur Dog !!!!

Just tell your boss rather than writing a letter. You'll be able to explain it better. Or, rather than complain, sabotage your coworkers work, and let her know who's boss. Threaten her life, make distubing phone calls to her house late at night. Then draw your finger across your neck everytime she looks at you. Tell her that if she tells your boss you will literally kill her and her extended family.

If your place of work has a human relations dept. go to them first. Because the word f*** is sexual in nature you could say you want the sexual harrassment to stop.
