Look in the mirror to see what he saw then take the saw and cut the table in half. put the two halves together and you get a whole (hole) then the man can climb through the hole to get out.

Actually It's a mirror and table. The man looks in the mirror, he sees what he saw, he takes the saw & cuts the table in 1/2, and to 1/2's make a HOLE.

Well, I'd assume that since its a closed box there's no light. This would render the mirror useless, and I would say to not use a saw in the dark...so....
