I love this man with all my heart. We have a loving, hot, passionate, romantic, relationship. We talk for hours and listen to music, make love all night. So basically when we get along it is pure magic. But...suddenly we can have conflict and there is just no understanding one another and the relationship suddenly turns so very painful and then we will keep our distance from one another but then we eventually go back to the magic. I don't understand how we could love each so much but not understand one another in conflict.

Your attraction is not love..can't you see that? Your relationship is not for marriage it for fun and mostly sex according to your emphasis, so don't whine, that's what comes with the package.

I really dont think you love him, take a moment ad thnk what is it that you love in him...is it when you are listenong to music or when you are talking the nigt away before having sex? you see that is not love.

I'm sorry but you don't have a good bargain. If I were you, i would change my strategies before it's too late.

Relationships have an ebb and flow to them. The feelings of closeness or some distance, the overall feeling of good or bad goes through cycles. Then you consider what your options are. If you feel the present relationship is bad or good, with or without sign of improvement. Also keep in mind that the grass always looks greener from a distance and when you get close to that pasture then you see all the weeds there too.

Sounds very normal to me...typical relationships don't always get along take the good and the bad and weigh them. What do you come up with is your answer OK? Keep communication open between both of you that is the most important thing you both can do.

Just think about how much you can't stand him when you're arguing, and apply the same reasons about what you argue about to the good times. You'll realize you guys are doomed and are just pretending that you get along when you have magic.

Get therapy....seriously....you need a therapist to help you two learn to talk through your problems. If you don't, they will never be resolved and each new one (or recurring one) will build another layer of resentment between you two until one or both of you snap - and that could get REALLY ugly!

What doesn't ruin your relationship will only make it stronger. Just remember that.
