Well first you have to make intentions that you really want to try and stop. Ask Allah(pbuh) for forgiveness (duaa) and then really try and stop..Hang around good muslimah sisters who are good in their imam and try and learn from them..Read books, go to the mosque and study the quran. Women's backs are crooked and so therefore we are going to make mistakes. Just try and make salat. That is what makes us muslim and what distinguishes us from a kaafir. I hope that this helps you a little. Remember, make duaa for Allah(pbuh) to help you better your deen and your imam. Best wishes and Allah knows best.

be easy on yourself. do it step by step.

[185] ...... Allâh intends for you ease, and He does not want to make things difficult for you. ....."
Quran 2:185

making salat, it dosen't take 2-5 mintues for each one. it's not that a great of a effort. we humans can work for 8 hours shift. and remember the favor that God has given you, as he shows you the truth, and remember that this life is just a temporary and everything on it will vanish. and the day of judgment is the day of which every thing will be rewarded.
the more patient, the generous and double reward you get.

Alhamdullillah. You are like newborn child.! Glad to hear you converted to Islam. Jazaki Allah khair for spreading Islam all over the world. Remember sister, Allah sent us on earth to test, in order to go to Jannah(heaven) we must pass the test, right. So this world is temporary life for us. "Those who have made sacrifices and discharges noble deeds will receive the shelter of peace in Heaven and those who have denigrated their lives through vices and evil will be condemned to suffer horrors of Hell." I my best advice would be read Hadith, read book about Islam, and Quran, inshallah everything will be easy for you.! May Allah make you strong and grant you Peace.! Ameen. Salaam

hello my sister, and may ALLAH give us the stability on his religion.
first thing try to make Duaa(prayer) to ALLAH to give you the patience and to help you being stronger(make a lot of Duaa every day from deep of your heart!)
I'll tell you important thing, try to find good muslim friends! they'll absolutely help you to not go back to your old ways.
if you couldn't find them,so make books as your friends!
read some books about famous muslims, men and women, for example read the biography(seerah)of prophet MUHAMMAD(peace be upon him)believe me you'll feel comfort and peace of mind!
also try to read the HOLY QURAN every day(at least one page)
and read the explanation of its verses,it'll give you the certainty and stability on the truth of this religion!

if your deen is weak you might want to consider a change in your belief system and go with one that purifies you karma. there are so many alternatives. why not become a buddhist or a religion less orthodox? please don't be offended by my suggestion, it is merely a suggestion

Think about the fact that if you revert to your old religion, you become an APOSTATE....and are killed according to Sharia Law.
